The firm’s managing partner, a United States Marine Corps veteran, brings extensive experience from both the Department of Defense and the defense contracting industry. His background includes military training, acquisitions, logistics, and program management. He has developed training programs for both U.S. and allied foreign forces and served as a subject matter expert for the Marine Corps and the U.S. Air Force. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Loyola University Chicago and a Master’s degree in Business Project Management from Penn State University.

Wapack’s co-founder contributes more than 25 years of experience in strategic communications, government administration, and program leadership. He has served in senior roles including deputy chief of staff, deputy director, and communications director across multiple government agencies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
